Want a Cheap Flight to Europe This Summer?

Norwegian, a successful European low-cost carrier, is beefing up its transatlantic service and making the big guys mad enough to complain to the DOT that Norwegian ain’t playing fair. Norwegian says it can fly you cheaper to Europe because it’s using the 737 Dreamliner, which is substantially cheaper to operate than the older aircraft.
