We park in Beynac and then, after waiting for a traffic jam caused by an oil 
truck and a semi meeting on the medieval road running through this little castle town, take a bus down to our put-in Vitrac. This is a cool river run because we see everything from prehistoric caves that have been
partially filled with bricks to make them either more habitable or more defensible to grand castles.
